‘Korma’ (no ‘karma’ ^^) is a dish, a way of cuisine that brings out creamy, mild fragrant spices. Pistachio is a kind of superfood nut from the fruit/seed of the pistachio tree belonging to the cashew family. We slowly simmered mild Pistachio based sauce with Love and Kindness (whilst meditating) and coconut fresh Dairy Free Cream. 

Tikka Masala (Simmered Marinated Dish) - very mild GF  N

To ‘Tikka’ is to marinate the ingredients with a blend of seasoned spices and pastes (veg cream/veg yogurt) and then cook/simmer/grill the food. ‘Masala’ is a thick creamy sauce made with tomato. Our Tikka Masala brings you the best homemade marinated veg meats or vegetables simmered in exotic tomato based sauce and a hint of Fenugreek herb (a Mediterranean nature), almonds, coconut and Dairy Free Cream.
